Originally from Santa Barbara, Katy Perry has an affection for wearing outrageous outfits on and off stage. Whether it be a snowman, a gumball machine, a carousel, a Christmas tree, or a peppermint treat, she is (literally) eye candy. So pulling a goofy face for the camera at her Eylure Eyelash launch event doesn’t come as much of a surprise. She has never shied away from putting herself in absurd predicaments: getting slimed at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, creating her bizarre Swish Swish video, or placing her head (only) on a fruit platter to shock museum guests.
