Make sure you put your sauce and meat at a simmer so you don’t burn it. Paris herself almost did this but checked her heat level and turned the stovetop down. Also, don’t worry about coating your lasagna pan while you layer the meat and sauce into it…. Just use a throw away foil pan. Key factor to this all, don’t tear your pasta as you layer! Make sure you are super careful while layering your cheese, sauce and pasta. Finally, wrap up your lasagna like a present with foil before putting it in the oven!
