The fact that she does not hide her emotions and angst has inspired Nirvana levels of devotion among the world’s teenagers.

She was a HUGE fan of Justin Beiber and just like her idol at that time in her life, she uploaded a video to YouTube and the rest was history. Her teenage dread and apprehension suits her and the masses love it. There is no doubt that mega popstars such as Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera dealt with massive teen angst as they were growing up in the spotlight, but the difference between them and Billie is that she has no problem expressing it and the youth loves it.
